Ennyi idő alatt természetes, hogy egy cég változik: nőhet az árbevétele, bővülhet a létszáma, új tulajdonos jelenhet meg, vagy akár egy nagyobb vállalatcsoport részévé is válhat.

A grant-funded project may remain part of a company’s operations for several years. In many cases, the implementation phase is followed by a multi-year sustainability period. During this time, it is perfectly natural for a company to change: its turnover may increase, its workforce may grow, a new owner may enter the company, or the business may become part of a larger corporate group.
