A further amendment has been introduced to the terms of the KKV Technológia Plusz Hitelprogram (GINOP Plusz-1.4.3-24). The published changes affect both the “A” investment loan objective and the “B” working capital loan objective.
Under loan objective “A”, the list of ineligible costs has been expanded to include investments related to fossil-based materials. In addition, the conditions applicable to companies excluded from the Loan Programme have been clarified, and one of the provisions setting out the cases in which a loan may not be granted has also been amended.
In the case of loan objective “B”, new loan applications can no longer be submitted. As the funding requested under the applications received exceeded the available budget, the submission of applications was suspended as of 4:00 p.m. on 15 January 2026. At the same time, the latest amendment has extended the deadline for the final disbursement of the loan until 30 December 2026. The scope of ineligible costs has also changed, including with regard to costs related to fossil-based materials, while the rules concerning certain personnel-related payments and exclusion criteria have also been clarified.
The application deadline for investment loan objective “A” remains 31 December 2026; the amendment introduced at the end of July did not change this date. Companies planning technological development therefore still have the opportunity to benefit from the scheme, although it is advisable to review the amended eligibility and exclusion rules before submitting an application.
Companies planning an investment under loan objective “A” should review the conditions again to ensure that both the planned costs and the applicant company comply with the amended requirements. Under component “B”, new applications are no longer possible, but the extended disbursement deadline provides additional time to complete financing arrangements already submitted.
