The amendment concerns the submission deadlines.
Original submission period: 26 May 2026 – 21 July 2026

This means that the submission period will start one week later and will also remain open for one additional week. Grant applications may be submitted through the electronic application form between 5:00 p.m. on 16 June 2026 and 6:00 p.m. on 11 August 2026.
Why may this call be of interest to businesses in Budapest?
The aim of DIMOP Plus-1.2.6/C-26 is to support the digital development of micro and small enterprises in Budapest. For many businesses, a well-functioning CRM system, cloud-based operations, or the development of online sales can still provide a significant competitive advantage.
Under the call, support may be provided for, among others:
- the introduction of enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems,
- the use of cloud services,
- the development of online invoicing and sales solutions,
- IT security developments,
- the development of a company website or digital communication,
- the purchase of IT equipment,
- digital training for employees.
An important feature of the scheme is that it supports complex developments: the implementation of at least three different digital development objectives is required.
How much funding is available?
Under the call, non-refundable grants may be requested in the amount of:
- minimum HUF 3 million,
- maximum HUF 12 million.
The grant intensity remains up to 90%, making this currently one of the most favourable digitalisation support opportunities available to SMEs in Budapest.
Who is eligible to apply?
The call primarily targets micro and small enterprises in Budapest that:
- have at least one closed financial year,
- operate with a registered office or site in Budapest,
- have low digital intensity,
- and undertake to increase their level of digital maturity.
It is worth starting preparations in time
Although the extension of the submission deadline is a favourable change, experience shows that the available budget for this type of grant scheme may be exhausted quickly. It is therefore advisable to consider the following already at this stage:
- which digital developments would be genuinely useful for the business,
- which tools or systems would be justified to introduce,
- and how a sufficiently complex project can be put together.
