The „National Champions – Green and Digital Transition One-Step Combined Loan Program” (GINOP Plusz – 1.4.5-25) has been announced, with a planned budget of HUF 155.61 billion.
Program objective: growth through green and digital transformation
The main goals of the program are to:
- increase the productivity of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),
- support technological and organizational renewal,
- contribute to the green and digital transition.
The program is especially aimed at businesses that are suppliers or active players in export markets and are ready to take their operations to the next level.
Who can apply?
Eligible applicants are enterprises that:
- employ at least 5 people,
- have at least three full, closed business years,
- achieved net sales revenue of at least HUF 100 million in the last closed business year before submitting the loan application.
Form and amount of support
The program offers a one-step combined support format:
- 0% interest investment loan, which:
- ranges from a minimum of HUF 150 million,
- to a maximum of HUF 600 million,
- with a repayment term of up to 10 years.
- Up to 30% of the loan amount can be converted into a non-refundable grant, provided that the performance indicators defined in the loan agreement are met.
Important: If the enterprise fails to meet these targets, the grant portion will automatically be converted into a repayable loan.
What must the project include?
The project must include:
- Equipment procurement – amounting to at least 30% of the total eligible costs.
- ICT development and/or renewable energy investment – also at least 30% of the total eligible costs.
These requirements ensure that the supported projects truly contribute to increased competitiveness and environmental sustainability.
When can applications be submitted?
Support applications can be submitted from June 23, 2025, to December 31, 2026 through the MFB Pont Plusz network.
